I went there for the free buffet I get every year since like 2009. It had become a tradition where we would eat then play awhile before coming back to Mobile. I was rudely told by staff that I was only a gold member so I did not get a buffet anymore...so I had to pay on my own birthday. Needless to say I did not play a damn dime afterwards. Customer service means nothing anymore. Plus the food and service was garbage! Thanks for nothing...Jerks!
I enjoy myself every time I go and my daughter too , we love the snow crabs.
Cocktails, dinner and a show with a great friend. Who could ask for more.
Valet worker Tyrone was very rude and disrespectful! I reported to his supervisor which was rude himself! I have never been treated this low in my life. I bet they want forget me though!
Really need to move or get rid of the new macaus restaurant it stinks the place up!!
KC and the Sunshine Band's show was AMAZING! He performed 2 hrs nonstop. The musicians and dancers were awesome!
Great place to stay , rooms and services are exceptional. Table games are very good and good variety
Went to see KC & the Sunshine Band who were OUTSTANDING!! One of the best shows we've seen in years!! Ruth Chris restaurant was delicious, tho as always a bit pricey. But! The public bathrooms were not very clean, our rooms were dusty and the Christmas decorations compared to Beau Rivage, were lacking. We did have a good time tho!
Less smokey in the Casino then Harrah's. Fun atmosphere with a couple places to dance and band on the casino floor. Got to see a premier suite, very nice. Almost like a fancy apartment.
