My family and I went to the buffet last night and the food was horrible!!! It is over priced and the food was cold. The shrimp was gummy and I saw a staff member pour water in the macaroni and cheese which looked like it had been out all day. Crab legs were over cooked and lettuce for salad was wilted. I will stick with Boomtown Casino...the food is excellent there!!
Of the six casinos that I went to during my stay , Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi was my least favorite. The drinks are few and far between as in 45 minutes later. The women on the floor serving drinks or catering to customers were rude and stuck up. When you asked for help only a handful of people (mostly the men) were actually helpful. When you said in a nice tone "I've been waiting 40 minutes plus for someone to get me a single drink," and you get an attitude and snappiness back from a 20 something year-old girl showing her b... read more
RecommendedMy pop and i frequently visit Biloxi the Hard Rock Casino is awesome the food is great and the staff is phenomenal with a lot of Rock and Roll history �����
My fiancé and I had a wonderful time. All of the employees were super nice. We had a nice two night stay. We had an amazing dinner at Ruth's Chris where he proposed after we ate and our waitress took a good bit a pictures! We will defiantly come back!
The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing in all aspects. Visited a few other casinos while here and none compares to this one for sure! Rooms were cozy and warm and very modern.
Platinum tower is wonderful but second floor facing the street with dirty windows not so wonderful. Everything else about the whole place is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service was sub-par and food was not what it once was... expecting much better service and food for the price...
