My parents and I stayed here last night on our way back to Texas from the Carolina's. Everyone was wonderfully friendly. We ate at the Half Shell Oyster House inside the casino and it was amazing as always. This will now be our standard stop in Biloxi!
Played over an hour and never seen a waiter/waitress. By the time a waitress came around she was very rude. Worst experience I've had. Definitely won't be back on a week night.
The rooms where beautiful the view was amazing from the 12th floor .... how ever house keeping need to be better for it had a dirty robe on the floor and human feces spread it on the side of the toilet in the spare bathroom in our suite so this alone made me uneasy all nite it the rooms really cleaned. Luckily I travel with beach so I cleaned the tub before I got in and put my our sheet over the bed before I laid down and I had my own blanket to cover up witb
Most expensive "cheap" room on the strip. Told we were upgraded. Upgraded from Non smoking to smoking floor. Beds horrible. Used Shampoos and conditioners. Checked out at 6 am could not sleep. Skip it.
