FANTASTIC. MELANIE GIVENS THE SUPERVISOR of slots goes the extra mile for the guests. She is very kind and has a great attitude. The rooms are superior and the casino rocks

Went to the casino on a bus trip from Orange Beach Alabama. It is very smoky in the casino but what else is new in a casino. The buffet is excellent. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Well taken care of. Ashtrays are emptied constantly which I appreciate being a non-smoker. Would like to see the lobby and the machines beside the lobby smoke free so us no smokers have a place to go for a bit of fresh air.

I had a great time at Hard Rock...that is the ONLY casino in Biloxi that let me win! Go Hard Rock...we will be visiting Hard Rock in Tampa in the future. If we go back to Biloxi, we will go to Hard Rock

Things seem much better than the last few years except the event ticket office..New supervisor over the buffet. He has made changes and it is definetly better..

Our 1st time staying at this hotel. We went to see Foreigner! The Air quality wasn't great. Smelled like heavy smoke after an evening in the Casino. Our room was in the Platinum Tower. The room itself was very nice but we could hear the party going on in the room next door almost as if we were there with them. The concert seemed to be oversold. We came in town specifically to see Foreigner (for my birthday), but unfortunately we missed half the show because they oversold tickets. We were told by Hard Rock box office that the reason that our seats were given away is because Hard Rock gave away too many comp. tickets to show. Yes, I said that correctly. I purchased 6 tickets and my friend purchased two and we were sitting on steps between sections. So not only were we unable to see but we missed half the show while staff tried to figure what to do with line of people... read more

Hard Rock indoor air quality is terrible. They need to drastically increase air filtration and add air purification. If not, they need to go smoke free. I am not a health nut but I do not like smelling like a dirty ashtray from the nasty bottom of the barrel bunk-weed cigarette smoke.

Went to the Hard a Rock to see Foreigner. People were packed in there like sardines. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I left after the first song. What a waste. I wonder what the fire marshall would have done if they were aware. The band was awesome but the conditions were horrible. The hotel was extremely smoky with horrible air quality. Went to the Foreigner concert there and I was appaled at the amount of people they tried to jam into that small space. If there had been any kind of emergency it would have been tragic. I think the Biloxi Fire Chief should be made aware of such overcrowded venues which clearly put the public at risk.
