Been here twice so far. Both times experience was good. Great customer service all around and the food is fantastic. Love the free gifts. Just left there today. Came from Florida
2nd time staying here in the last 4 years during Mardi Gras. Have mixed feelings. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was clean & tidy. Casino workers were rude & uncaring. They didn't seem to care that we & others were there to spend a lil money. Bead bags & guitar beads were being given to many customers who seemed like regulars, friends & family. As a handicaped person there was nothing about this place that was easy, convenient or comfortable.
The staff was very helpful & polite, very different to what l am use to but a beautiful place to stay while you are away from home 🏡.
The Hard Rock Casino was a blast! Everyone was very friendly. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, it was excellent. Our waiter, Blane, was super friendly.
I was at the club downstairs and I liked the environment. But I went to three different bartenders and got the same drinks but was charged different prices. 15 then 6 then 12 for 2 of the same drinks everytime. Wasn't sure how that worked.
This casino has everything! Oysters on a half shell had great food! Wait staff was very friendly! Played slots and won ! Lotta fun!
Came for my cousin Wedding Anniversay and had a wonderful good time with Family and Friends, The ROOM WAS GORGEOUS AND ROOMY, Waitresses was Nice and Checked to see if you Needed another Drink, OVERALL GREAT⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!!!
