The experience was great but when we ate the buffet the food was cold.
Specifically came to see the ME TOO BAND Saturday night at center stage They're a local band & can play anything!! They were awesome, brought along a small group of people with me & they were really impressed with this band They/I really enjoyed your choice in Keep on bringing the local bands & we'll frequent more often
It was our first time visiting there, and we really liked it!! The only downfall was getting any service for a drink while playing slots and table games. We sat at a machine for over an hour and a half and not once did we see a cocktail waitress anywhere!! Finally my husband had to go get us a cocktail. When we went to play black jack, it was a long time before a cocktail waitress came by and when we finally got our drink, it took forever before they came back to check on the table again!!
as with any place, the time spent is made better by the people you spend it with!
This was my first stay at the HardRock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, MS. I made reservations to this hotel because I purchased tickets to the Aaron Lewis concert and a reserved a room for my husband's surprise birthday gift. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Cons: 1). Heavily smoked filled facility. 2). The venue for the concert totally sucked.
Beautiful rooms, comfortable and peaceful !!!! Such a great price for the quality we received. Staff friendly as well. can't wait to stay again.
We stayed in the Platinum tower with an ocean view and it was great! We came to see Aaron Lewis and the venue and staff we encountered were great.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible today. Food was cold, eggs were runny. $18 for garbage. Last night we had the worst experience ever at 24/7 Bistro, finally on our third manager a problem was addressed above and beyond. I will not ever be back.
It was a beautiful view and we has a wonderful time!!!
