I attended the Foreigner concert last night..AND IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! This was my 3rd concert at Hard Rock Biloxi. All 3 were wonderful. Have eaten in the cafe numerous times..food, drinks, and service always great! Stayed over night in the towers as a surprise from my husband after 1st concert. Our room was amazing! Can’t wait until next visit!
The Hard Rock Biloxi is the best Hard Rock I've been to. Hospitality is on point. They make you feel like a Rock Star. I am now a regular and come up from central Florida about once a month. The pool is amazing and comps are generous. I can't say enough about the staff. Emily and Jaquline are amazing cocktail waitresses who are fun to talk to as they are beautiful. Susan takes great care of us at the buffet. The front desk staff, security etc. Excellent. Thank you all so much!
I don't know what everyone is complaining about, we had a blast.
This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff was lovely including the housekeeping. Hopefully will be staying here again soon 😊
Nice hotel, but customer service is fair. The smoke from the casino also infiltrates up into the lobby and elevator area. Our room was ready, but to check in 1 1:2 hours early would require.a fee. Also they had ping pong tables poolside, but no equipment for them. 😢
I LOVED MY VISIT & STAY AT THE HARD ROCK. IT'S RIGHT AT THE BEACH SO THE SCENERY WAS GREAT EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE & MY ROOM & VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR, GOOD FOOD & I REALLY LIKED THE ATMOSPHERE. I EVEN WON SOME $ & I DON'T EVEN GAMBLE! IT WAS VERY RELAXING I'LL GO BACK AGAIN!
We was there for the 38 Special show! It was AWESOME! I had some trouble with my ticket that was my own doing. The young lady at the ticket desk went above and beyound to fix the problem. Which she did!!! I would highly recommend the Hard Rock!!!
First time staying .. our reservation was screwed up even though we booked a month ahead... was charged $600 more for our room. Staff was not apologetic with the mistake . Our room was nice though.. the shower leaked and flooded the room.. the towels are horrible. They are rough and hard .
Really cool place that has a lot of things to do. Gamble, eat, go to the lounge, hang at the bar, check out the club and so on.
