It has been a few years since I stayed here and it has gone downhill. The service was poor with the exception of one of the cleaning ladies. She was awesome! The slots were tight and the opportunities for points were pathetic. The worst I've ever seen anywhere. We ended up going next door to the Beau Rivage. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go there! As far as the restaurants, they were very good, but they made weak drinks. This was my last time to ever stay at Hard Rock.
Went to MJ Live this past Saturday. We payed extra for “seats” that were labeled on our tickets, only to find out there are no seats - standing room only. So why did I pay EXTRA😡😡😡. The show was fair - I felt as though the performers were rushing the show. I realize it’s a high energy show, but really? #neveragain#hardrockshows.

RecommendedI absolutely love this place! I’ve have stayed many times, too many too count & have never had a bad experience. The hubby & I just stayed Sunday night & had a great time as usual. Its got everything u could need in one place! It’s perfect for me & the hubby, it’s a nice mini vacay without traveling too far. Also perfect for our girls night, once we get there, no one has to worry about driving, we have a blast every time! I’m already checking the calendar for the next stay!

Went to a concert. The staff was amazing. Minus one bartender. Great venue otherwise.
