Great rooms, pool and casino!
Blast
We stayed in an amazing room in the platinum tower facing the gulf and overlooking the pool. It is a beautiful view. The casino area, restaurants, and bar areas were nice. My biggest complaint would be the smoke. It was so bad that we weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted to stay in the casino. There needs to be designated smoking and non-smoking areas. Awesome hotel the staff is very friendly great food at the cafe
Hotel room is not impressive for what it is charged. The food at the buffet is okay, what I love the most is the crab legs and brisket. Boiled Shrimp has after taste to it....I wish you’d consider making the casino a smoke free. I was playing on the slot, but had to leave the area, coz someone sat next to me and started smoking.
Been coming with family for years on way to Florida. Rooms are always clean and we enjoy the stay. One complaint is pool closing at 10. Other HRH pools stay open till 12. That would be a great option here. We would like to have late dinner then hot tub time. Never seem to make the time work out of an evening. That is our only complaint.
I was very disappointed. Dont Think we will be back. Just wasn't impressed at all.
