Employees are treated as second class citizens. Salaried managers work 60+ hours a week, yet aren't allowed to call out even if they have to go to the hospital it's counted against them. PTO is consistently denied, even for a death in the family. I would never, ever, recommend anyone try to work here, you will be treated like cattle.
My mom stayed here last night got horrible service, not only did she pay almost $500 for one night, the people staying next to them were so loud they only got 1 hour sleep and they requested early check in and they would not let them upon arrival, front desk very rude
People were friendly, liked that the beer was free. But the slots are like everywhere else. Don't pay a damn thing. Not a damn dime!!!!!
I had no issues if any kind. The casino and memorabilia there are amazing. May even meet a star or two there lol. Absolutely love it!
I’ve stayed at other Hard Rock properties and this one was not to the other’s standards. Staff and associates were nice and helpful, this just isn’t the Hard Rock I have experienced in other places.
They put in Dunkin Donuts and they are terrible. Service is awful and product not much better!
Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Perfect check in and check out FUN FUN. only thing the room didn’t have was a refrigerator... good thing we brought coolers for the beach... Otherwise PERFECT
I went to the hard Rock Saturday I loved it. And it's big.I plan on going back one day.The gift shops is great.I did not make it the eating places but I know it would have been good.I hope to have more cash next time for hard Rock and also for the gulf coast for there is so much to do on the coast.Its been years since I been on the gulf coast but I hope it I can go back soon to hard Rock and also go back to the beach.The Sand feels so good to my feet.And I want to try the hard Rock eating places.
