Just found out I apparently no longer have a host even though I’m a double platinum member and have been for the last 3 years. My last visit there was at the end of October and since the rewards program runs July-June, the benefits of my Double Platinum membership should be honored. Now they want $499/night for a room because I haven’t been in 3 months????? I booked a room elsewhere for the same weekend I was inquiring about, where I played less when I was there in October and am only a bottom tier member. Guess I’ll continu... read more
