RecommendedIt's our favorite casino .We had rather come there love the way we are treated rooms are georgous always good to see some of our favorite concerts and love the ideas of all the free gifts . Never have a problem with parking. Buffet is not the best most of the other casinos have better buffets but we love the hard rock cafe and out favorite coffee from dunk in donuts. Couldn't get a better steak than Ruth Chris steakhouse .

Seats are horrible. Seats at the concert were small and low. Some asshole kept standing up through the show and getting up. The seats need to go up as that get farther back.
They make their employees come to work during hazardous weather, regardless of the fact that roads and bridges are closed. Not a fan of a company that doesn't value their emoloyees lives.
I don't know about the people complaining here but I've stayed at the Hard Rock Biloxi several times and my experience has been fine. The only negative thoughts I have are lack of winning and not much play for the money spent.
Sent an email to the address provided on the Hard Rock Biloxi website 3 days ago, haven't even gotten a confirmation email in response. Only giving the 2nd star because the customer service rep for Hard Rock overall was very helpful, prior to having to send the email.
The Shrimp, Primb Rib and my husband, how do you top that!!
