The hotel was ok, the Buffett and service on the other hand was terrible, ruined my Birthday dinner. Get rid of those lousy employees and Management you probably would get more business as well.
Great location great service. Big pool great rooms and suites.
Great staff, food and overall experience. Rooms were in mint condition. I will Deffinetly be back!
The hot tub was Luke warm and the pool bar was closed. The room was really nice.

I don't care for the Hard Rock Casino.. I'm so tired of getting all the fliers in the mail for these free gifts and then having to keep resetting my pin # because I haven't played enough... Which means that you can't get them if you don't spend money! You know what you can do with those gifts don't ya..
Came to the casino for the first time this past Sunday, checked in and went to the room sheets were dirty, had a pissy mattress and when I called front desk,the young lady told me I had to wait until the morning to speak with a manager, needless to say I wasn’t to please about that!! So,this was my first time visiting the hotel and last!!!!! NASTY NASTY!!!!!!!
We had a lovely time for our friend’s bachelorette party. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the room service. They didn’t bring enough towels and blankets like we asked and when we got to our room, the phone wasn’t working and didn’t get it fixed until the day we left (2 days after).
