The people were so friendly to our Special Needs children and treated everyone in our group like we were special!

Food was great but the service was absolutely awful. I have never been treated so badly at any establishment. If you don't mind bad service give it a whirl. I personally will be going else where. Even though the service was terrible I still tipped the waitress 30% just because I realize that servers don't have a good hourly wage but honestly she didn't deserve it.
We were headed back from Iowa to Cleveland, OH and stopped in for lunch & a shirt. Service was excellent, our server was AWESOME & everyone was friendly! The girl working in the merchandise section was very knowledgable about the area & gave us a ton of info & brochures. We will definitely be back to visit Indianapolis AND the Hard Rock to eat!
Always a good time when I visit Indy! Friendly staff, food is good, location close by. Made this one of my, "Must stops" when in/around town.
Not only great food but a great time full of laughter with CJ as our waitress! "Ta Ta" Best server ever!!! Best personality and her outlook on life is on point!
First time visit to the Hard Rock Cafe-Indianapolis!! CJ was absolutely the most amazing waitress. The greatest waitress I have ever met. Watch out though.. She may Taze your ass!!
Could not get either of the bartenders to wait on us after sitting at the bar. They cleaned off seats around us, walked to the back, pretty much looked at us and kept ignoring us. Waited on two young guys immediately when they walked up. Hostess didn't seem to care either when we told her why we were leaving. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had excellent courteous service. I know where we will go next time we are in Indy.
Service was great. Appetizer was good. My steak was literally the worst steak I have ever eaten in my life. Hard as a brick and cooked medium. I don't even know how that happens.
