We were killing time and was watching the Colts vs Bears in the bar. Zack the bartender was Ahhhhhmazing. Personable, engaging and funny. Makes a great Spicy Bloody Mary with my requested pickles and pickle juice. Cauliflower wings were terrific. Would go back for sure
Food was very good, drinks were cold, service was prompt and the music was enjoyable with a volume that allowed conversation amongst my company. Personally these are the things that make my dining experience rememberable.
Service was excellent,got our drinks and food on schedule,we had reservations and we were able to be seated before our initial reservation time. I would like to apologize for our friend that was very rude after Scarlet had taken his food away,he was a grump the whole evening. I will be back no doubt,my 3rd different Hard Rock Cafe but my only disappointment was there was no 311 memorabilia. 26 years in the biz and not one guitar pick,string,picture,drum stick or guitar was on display. Huge bummer.
Food was good had the Octoberfest inspired sandwich, music inspired decor is nice.was close to Conferance Location but, the wait staff made the differance. She has been there 17 years very lively and helpful. Thanks

Great breakfast buffet on game days. But last couple of times we had family here to visit and ordered off the menu, it wasn't up to par.
