The music was so loud we had to scream at our waitress every time she walked by because she rarely looked our way. The food was ok. My Hurricane was so strong we had to ask for extra juice then I had to let it water down to get it down. Normally I could drink 2 or 3 so that costed them more service.
I had an excellent experience, the wait staff was amazing; our waiter was courteous, the hostess was pleasant, and my food and drinks were amazing.
Service wasn't very good. Food was good but be careful of the jalapenos, your stomach may not like it.
First time ever eating at a Hardrock Cafe and it was a good expierence for someone from michigan. Amy was awesome! I ordered a drink with alcohol and it was so strong, the waiter in training had no problem replacing the drink with something that had less alcohol (per my request). Good service in general �
This was the first time my 12 year old son has been to a Hard Rock. He loves music and I knew he would love it and of course he did. He is also a picky eater and he love the pulled pork. Very friendly staff.
My son has food allergies and they made our experience a great one! Thanks again Hard Rock!
Neat place, o.k. fold, amazing waitress! She made the whole experience so much better. But after spending 125 bucks, plus 12 to park and eat, we will probably not go back.
The wait staff was awesome. They gave my daughter a very special birthday surprise.
The food was great, but the service was even better! Our waitress CJ, was by far the best server I've ever had anywhere. She has such a great personality, and wish more servers were like her. We live two hours from this restaurant, but would travel back just because of her.
