Food quality at Hard Rock is always subpar but this time it just overall wasn't good, especially the drink. I usually just go for the experience knowing food is so so. I would have given them a lower rating but we had a potential serious incident that the manager made right as soon as he knew about it. CJ was nice but I think she told is at least 6 times that she had nine brothers.
General Manager was amazing! So was my bartender and the girl that helped me at the shop. Highly recommend. I have a special diet and they were very accommodating.
My husband, granddaughter, grandsons, daughter in law and children ate early lunch there. Yes, prices were high on food but being with family, it didn't matter. Our food were delicious! Our waitress was CJ. She is hilarious and very polite. We had an awesome time together with food and laughter. Being with family at a beautiful restaurant with polite service...cost don't matter. God bless you all!
We stopped about 10:30 PM on a Saturday after a movie. It was pretty quiet. Terrific guitar player/singer there until 11:00. My wife and I shared a burger and that was the best burger I've had in a loooong time. Service was friendly but not terribly fast, especially considering how few customers there were.
We had a party of 7. Food was brought to the table for 6 of us. The last person waited a good 15 - 20 before he was served. Food was only ok. Chicken was inedible and the steak was tough. Don't think I would go back.
Was "okay". Not amazing but not bad. Don't try the baked beans 🤢 Service was average.

My kids and I enjoyed two nights there. The vegan and vegetarian options for us ladies and my son enjoyed the meat. The cauliflower burger was a hit. Thanks for the options.
The service was very good, but the food was just okay. And compared to many of the other HRCs I've been to around the country the memorabilia wasn't very impressive either. My son was disappointed it didn't feel like a "Hard Rock" cafe... it felt more like an R&B Cafe.
