I am normally totally adverse to chain restaurants, but my son wanted to go for his birthday. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised I’ll be back for sure. From our greeting when we walked in, to our awesome server Alicia, to the guy who bussed our table and the GM who checked in on us-EVERYTHING was top notch. They made my son feel special and I am officially converted. It was a great experience and I’ll be back.

Got seated within minutes of arriving. Our waitress, she was great. The bar drinks were at the right temp, cold beer and room temp red wine. Our burgers were freashly made, a frozen patty. We have always had excellent service at this and all the Hard Rock Cafe’s we have been to. Keep up the excellent service and we will be back.

The service was slow for a week-day lunch and for few other patrons in the facility. The chicken strip appitzer was over cooked. (So crunchy you could break a tooth on it! ) The chicken was over peppered with seasoning! My eyes were crying and I almost choked due to the amount of pepper. I love pepper but that was rediculous !
