Worst experience I’ve ever had. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and a server never came. Three different servers and they were all running around and never once stopped to even acknowledge us. The manager even walked by a few times and said nothing. Have no desire to ever go to a Hard Rock Cafe again.

There on the evening of Dec 1, 2017. Overall the food was terrible. My steak was good but my grandson's hotdog was burned (they hid the burnt side toward the bottom of the bun and of course he wouldn't eat it. He had 7 french fries which were cold. My baked potato was warm not hot. My wife's fries were cold and her pulled pork sandwich was on what looked like a Sunbeam hamburger bun, right out of the bag. This was our first time at a Hard Rock - will not go to another. They did take the hotdog "meal" off of the bill.
