My family and I decided to try a new place to eat instead of Twin City Grille. We got our drinks just fine and our food ordered. Two groups came in after us and got their food first! It was literally almost an hour for our food! We were about to throw money on the table for our drinks and leave. We asked to speak to the manager and she knew we were upset. She ended up paying for the whole bill for all of our food which was very nice! I just think you guys need some better staff. Very unacceptable.

Have eaten here a number of times and have always had an enjoyable experience including our most recent visit on 7/14/18. Stopped in with my wife, daughter, and niece. Was able to use my priority seating reward and was seated immediately vs. the 30 minute wait. Serving staff was great (singing along to 80's rock in-between helping tables). We were seated quickly, and servers were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice as well. I had the cowboy ribeye with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and green beans. It was initially overcooked but they quickly fixed that, no muss, no fuss. I think the price was a bit high for the size of the product but was overall pretty satisfied.

Service was poor. They “ran out” of the food we ordered and had to substitute without notifying us first, but said they would take $$ of our ticket (a whopping $3), and the food was lousy. Will NOT be going back! If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.
