We had absolutely above and beyond customer service at Hard Rock today! My daughter is a huge JoJo Siwa fan. She saw a YouTube video on JoJo's page of her going to the Hard Rock Cafe at MOA and signing a wall. So we made lunch reservations for there today - a school closing day - but couldn't find the autograph. We asked our waiter who said that there was a secret wall in the back employees only section where there were some autographs. Only the manager could take you back there, so he got him.
