Took forever to get food. Orders messed up. Waitress said she couldn’t fix until talked to manager & she was not attentive to drink refills. chicken tenders & mac&cheese were too spicy!!!! Worst HardRock experience ever!!!!

Great experience and service was awesome ! Waiter was very friendly and attentive to our needs. There were 8 of us and was able to keep up.

My daughter has a dairy allergy, I was assured my meal did not have dairy. Today she is covered in a rash, screaming, wont nurse, wont sleep and is having trouble breathing. I will never eat here again and do NOT recommend anyone else to eat here either.
I absolutely love hard rock! The Mall of America location is great. Friendly and fun staff, delicious food every time, and such a fun atmosphere. It’s always our go to stop when we go to the mall!
