Everyone should try this place at least once.
Our service was terrible. One of my children spilled a drink and we had to wait for 20 minutes to get a waiters attention. Once we informed her of what happened she dropped off a stack of napkins and left. But my kids had to sit in a puddle until WE got it cleaned up. My food was not very good. Kids also eat free, and we had to remind that to our server so we could get our bill fixed and have those items removed. Little slow (or maybe I waited too long to eat), but the food was good and the staff was great
It was “ok” the food took forever to get to me and the dessert took just as long. Burger was good, but the apple cobbler was mediocre. Honestly, part of the cobbler tasted premade or frozen and then reheated. It probably was, who am I kidding. Environment was also loud which was to be expected but not as clean and tidy as you’d hope being “Hard Rock Cafe”
