My girlfriend & I drove 6 hours from Chicago South Suburbs. The mall was great! The connecting hotel that we stayed at was great! Hard Rock Cafe diner was great! Not too crowded, good atmosphere, food was delicious & the service was very friendly. Definitely wanna visit again.

Food was great, service wasnt. Our waitress was slow and servers that brought out food tries to give us food that wasn't ours. Once we got out food half of it was cold.

My hubby and I were there yesterday. Food was great our drinks were great atmosphere was awesome, our waiter was very energetic and was asked periodically if our food was to our standards.I'm now a hard rock reward member which is great. Our only problem was there wasn't anyone upstairs to greet people.

I'm really surprised by all of the lower-star reviews on here. I went with my daughter and parents yesterday (09/01/2017) and we enjoyed the food very much! Our server was very friendly, and there were three other employees (at least one was a manager) who came up and greeted us at our table. Service was pretty fast, the food was fresh. I really enjoyed the nachos (and the platter was huge!) The food is expensive, but we expected that. We would go back. Thank you for an enjoyable dining experience! :)
