Slow service. We ordered nachos and they were delicious! The biggest disappointment was with the service though! There was water spilled on the floor and I slipped off with my 6 months old! When we approached the staff saying that the floor needs to be cleaned or else someone else could slip off too! On this, the manager argues saying that it's a busy place and we clean it only during the closing time! Who does that???? I will never visit this place ever again!

Service was great; granddaughter ordered appetizer nachos that could have fed a party of four, husbands pulled pork sandwich was a disappointment, & I had a club sandwich that fell apart. All in all I recommend the French fries 🍟 as they were delish!

So very accommodating! Walked in with a group of 40 (14 of which were teenage girls!) and they were not flustered and super friendly! All food was delicious and delivered with a smile! Thank you Hard Rock....you ROCK!
