I went to the hard Rock Saturday I loved it. And it's big.I plan on going back one day.The gift shops is great.I did not make it the eating places but I know it would have been good.I hope to have more cash next time for hard Rock and also for the gulf coast for there is so much to do on the coast.Its been years since I been on the gulf coast but I hope it I can go back soon to hard Rock and also go back to the beach.The Sand feels so good to my feet.And I want to try the hard Rock eating places.
Beautiful clean spacious rooms. Perfect check in and check out FUN FUN. only thing the room didn’t have was a refrigerator... good thing we brought coolers for the beach... Otherwise PERFECT
We are staying in the platinum tower only good thing is the pool view, my husband is a truck driver and we travel often. The mattress are hard as hell my back will be hurting for days. As far as customer service we stay at several different casinos this one pool area nobody ask to serve us had to get our own drinks. Pool towel boys to busy laughing & playing amongest themselves to even greet us. Overall we will not be back only good thing was Christina at the cafe awesome waitress.
When someone has a medical condition and asks for decaf coffee it should be decaf that is served. My daughter had a bad reaction as she was given normal coffee. The server tried to tell us that it was decaf but I ordered another one from another person and the flavour was so different to the first cup. Shame on you. We were only in Hollywood for 1 day and this pretty much ruined it for all of us as my daughter was very ill

This was our first stay at this Hotel and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and well stocked for our stay. We’ll be back to stay here again.
