Never once got ask about a drink. All I wanted was a DrPepper
The staff was pretty friendly but the buffet was AWFUL! We have been going there for a few years now and over the past 3 times it seems to just get worse and worse. We will so find another place to eat.
Valet and Bellstaff were understaffed and rude. Nonsmoking room stunk of Citrus Ozium and cigarette smoke. The toilet was broken and the water ran all night until I had to turn it off. And to top it all off, as we were leaving we discovered the valet somehow managed to crack our windshield. Worst Hard Rock experience to date.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HARD ROCK HOTEL IT WAS AMAZING.... ALL THE WAY PLUS MORE AROUND AMAZING!!! ITS BEAUTIFUL AND NICE STAFF. SECURITY IS ON DECK. I FELL IN LOVE.. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. ONLY BAD THING IS THE CIGARETTE SMOKE!!!!!! MY MY AT THE SMELL IT CAUES IN THAT HOTEL.....
I enjoyed it a lot except none smoking don't have my favorite game the quick �
