To start off we had 3 nights and only could do 2 nights they said. The room the chair was broke and by the window was soaking wet did not know till I put my bag there and later went to change I notice my bag was wet, I called downstairs and they told me ok. Then at check out they tried to over towards me. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to go check. Definitely not a happy camper. That was the first time using them And am not sure if I will go back there.
We always have a great time at the Hard Rock.....we like the casino as well as going to Brandon Bennett's shows ..... the food is good there too.....
I had the time of my life!!! �...I will definitely be in attendance sooner than later!!
Teller at cashier was a jerk, chose my pin for me because I was “taking too long” and because there was “a line of people”. Sorry, not my fault when you have one player club employee and one cashier.
Joey that Bartender outside at the pool was GREAT! give him a promotion. Please tell Him the flight attendants said thank you!
Left with respiratory infection due to the smoke. Couldn't even go into casino area because of it. Only skirted the area going into the show room for the show and that was all it took. Had to hang out by the pool at night just to be able to breathe. I won't be returning even if there's a great show I want to see.
Me and mi husband really enjoy our stay everything was beautiful for our 4th year Anniversary at the casino the waitress was on point wit those drinks we had a awesome time.
i took my wife there this past week n it was the best stay we have ever had.from wen we got to the hotel everyone was so nice n very helpful bc it was our 1st stay n surely want be our last.the hard rock cafe was very good n the food n the drinks were awesome.our room on the 10 th floor had the best view n at sunset it was so beautiful n the room wow!!!was the very best n all we can say is we will be going back !!
Beautiful hotel! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Friendly staff and great food. Will be back!
