I’ve stayed here twice now, and in my personal opinion, this is the best resort on the coast! HANDS DOWN ! Everything about this place, too to bottom, front to back, is first class, and top shelf ! I’ll be a permanent customer! Be back soon !
The hot tub was Luke warm and the pool bar was closed. The room was really nice.
Great food and great service. Our waitress, Kristian, was delightful!
I don't care for the Hard Rock Casino.. I'm so tired of getting all the fliers in the mail for these free gifts and then having to keep resetting my pin # because I haven't played enough... Which means that you can't get them if you don't spend money! You know what you can do with those gifts don't ya..
Came to the casino for the first time this past Sunday, checked in and went to the room sheets were dirty, had a pissy mattress and when I called front desk,the young lady told me I had to wait until the morning to speak with a manager, needless to say I wasn’t to please about that!! So,this was my first time visiting the hotel and last!!!!! NASTY NASTY!!!!!!!
The show was awesome 👏🏾!! Had a really great time with my husband. 21 years of marriage and "We making it last Forever".....
We had a lovely time for our friend’s bachelorette party. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the room service. They didn’t bring enough towels and blankets like we asked and when we got to our room, the phone wasn’t working and didn’t get it fixed until the day we left (2 days after).
Poor customer service. Very disappointed. Reserved and paid for a panoramic suite, got a room. Wound up losing my deposit and had to get a suite at a different casino.
