This is our favorite hotel/casino in Biloxi ❤️😀
The food was pretty average, as was the Service. The A/C was turned up so high it become uncomfortably cold after a short while and I was glad when we had finished and we left to return to the warmth of the street. It was typical tourist fayre

Very rude staff
Not enough staff on so waited at our table for over half an hour and left just felt ignored...no one noticed we left....however food is usually great �

We had an incredible stay. The room was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely stay again.
The Platinum Tower is awesome!!! Very roomy , clean . Service is excellent . Pool and cabanas are super nice . Love it

Nice place and food was ok but the service was so slow and poor - we waited forever for food, refill and payment 👹so much waste of Our time !
