Went to the Casino today for the first time and signed up for their players card. We were told if we got 400 points we would get a free t-shirt and 600 points we would get up to 100.00 of losses back, sent in three increments I was close to the 600 points so I spent another 20 dollars. When I went to the desk to get the T-shirt and money sent back I was told the points were points I couldn't see, not what was on the slot machine. WHAT A SCAM. Points only the casino can see. Nice venue for a concert! We've been to 30 shows all over Louisiana in the past year and this was one of the best!
Our room had s great view; but, felt it was not as clean as should be. The door between the toilet and shower was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while . There was s period on Friday night when my husbsnd’s card stopped working so he missed s lot of points . They need more variety of restaurants. Ate at the same place all weekend
Went to see Dennis DeYoung at Hard Rock Live Friday 11/10/17....great show and after at Center Bar the Band was amazing. Fun time had by all!
