I don't know about the people complaining here but I've stayed at the Hard Rock Biloxi several times and my experience has been fine. The only negative thoughts I have are lack of winning and not much play for the money spent.
Sent an email to the address provided on the Hard Rock Biloxi website 3 days ago, haven't even gotten a confirmation email in response. Only giving the 2nd star because the customer service rep for Hard Rock overall was very helpful, prior to having to send the email.
This Casino and hotel is very clean. It was well designed. It is worth a stay.
I love this casino ❤️I don’t have to gamble on the slot machines , I love the shops restaurants and all the memorabilia throughout the casino, I had a good time visiting 👍👍
Rooms are out of this world!!! Very nice for the prices!!!

We had the best time! The staff was very friendly...the front desk staff was awesome explaining what there was to do...we will come again!
