Bus trip to Biloxi with stop at Hard Rock with a person that has an extreme walking disability. Always rent a scooter when she travels to get around a casino as the distance from the door to the floor can seem like miles. Today right now we had the unfortunate experience of being denied the $45.00 rental fee as we are not paid guests. Were offered a wheelchair with broken foot rests. This casino was good to eat at now it ain't worth the shit it's supposed to be a buffet not limited seafood
It's nice but didn't count on winning and don't count on getting a drink unless you want to run a waitress down!!
Haven't been to a hard rock in years and now I remember why. We visited all the casinos in Biloxi and this was by far the worst. I won't ever go back. Just my opinion.

i think y'all need to get ride of the guy that took over he has done nothing but change everything to no good, take our free gifts&free play away because we dnt play on the days you want us to!!!! i play when i want , and that's how it should be, bring back the old ways!!! it was a lot better , y'all are being greedy now!!!
