Overall a great experience except. We went to a concert and each time the bar tenders charged different prices for the same type of drinks. I was the DD so kept track just strange.
Your slot machines are stingy 😬Lol but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food from the main restaurant is always good.
"Winners play here" I guess that means everyone but me
The hotel was ok, the Buffett and service on the other hand was terrible, ruined my Birthday dinner. Get rid of those lousy employees and Management you probably would get more business as well.
I stayed at the Hard Rock for a conference. First conference I've ever been to where coffee was not available. Oh a table is set up with creamer but no coffee. Staff at registration desk were unfriendly. I've been the Hard Rock for concerts & visited casino. I won't be back with hotel staff & experience. Toilet wouldn't flush in room. Microwave? fridge? Only positive I can say - housekeeping was great & I laughed with them on numerous occasions.
Great location great service. Big pool great rooms and suites.
The worst casino in Biloxi not good games or good bonuses .
Great staff, food and overall experience. Rooms were in mint condition. I will Deffinetly be back!
