It has been a few years since I stayed here and it has gone downhill. The service was poor with the exception of one of the cleaning ladies. She was awesome! The slots were tight and the opportunities for points were pathetic. The worst I've ever seen anywhere. We ended up going next door to the Beau Rivage. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go there! As far as the restaurants, they were very good, but they made weak drinks. This was my last time to ever stay at Hard Rock.
We really want to thank the Hard Rock Cafe and our waitress for such excellent service. They went above and beyond.

We really had a great time&I didn't. Lose all my money!!!Mason & Ryan caught fish,which made Mason's trip right there! Wasn't impressed with the room this time, defiantly not up to Hard Rock standards!

Went to MJ Live this past Saturday. We payed extra for “seats” that were labeled on our tickets, only to find out there are no seats - standing room only. So why did I pay EXTRA😡😡😡. The show was fair - I felt as though the performers were rushing the show. I realize it’s a high energy show, but really? #neveragain#hardrockshows.
Visited hard rock for lunch excellent food and service and the atmosphere is great
