I’ve stayed at other Hard Rock properties and this one was not to the other’s standards. Staff and associates were nice and helpful, this just isn’t the Hard Rock I have experienced in other places.
I had no issues if any kind. The casino and memorabilia there are amazing. May even meet a star or two there lol. Absolutely love it!

They put in Dunkin Donuts and they are terrible. Service is awful and product not much better!

We had an exceptional time over Mother’s Day weekend there...the service and courtesy from check in to check out were exceptional...and do whoever found my favorite swimsuit I left in the room and the gentleman that said he’d mail it to me...that is over and beyond!!!! Wish I could give more stars....
Everything was fine until we went to the downstairs Club. One the bartenders put a ripped $20 in our change. We didn't notice until later so got stuck with a useless $20...
The only bad thing I can say is that the room had no view at all. Big window just to be looking at a wall.
