Rude managers, bartenders. Don't waste your money here. Go to a place where the staff treat the customer right. Heard lots of people complaining about various issues they were experiencing. Not ever going back. Buffet was terrible...

I am thoroughly disgusted with the Hard Rock! I have been coming to only the Hard Rock for the past two or three months and have received coupon offers in the mail for free play, free gifts etc.. but there seems to be issues when picking up gifts, need 250 points in order to receive the gifts. Not everyone can play on the same day before the free offer expires at 8:00, due to WORK! So when you play on the weekend and lose $4,000.00 in one night, that is not even taken into consideration! Received $10 freeplay. Which is more than I can say about Harah's, and the Golden Nugget.
Had a wonderful day at the pool with my Mom(Roxann Colton Stokes) We will be back. Wish we could buy like a pass for 3 months or something like that (since we live on the coast)

I had a nice time with my daughter and some family from up North Louisiana. The food was delicious.
We had a good time. We played mostly quarter machines and never once was asked if we wanted a drink.. that was disappointing but on the other hand the Randy Houser Concert was great!!!! The hard rock used to send me fliers with deals and shows but I don't even get them anymore!!!
