We was there for the 38 Special show! It was AWESOME! I had some trouble with my ticket that was my own doing. The young lady at the ticket desk went above and beyound to fix the problem. Which she did!!! I would highly recommend the Hard Rock!!!
First time staying .. our reservation was screwed up even though we booked a month ahead... was charged $600 more for our room. Staff was not apologetic with the mistake . Our room was nice though.. the shower leaked and flooded the room.. the towels are horrible. They are rough and hard .
Ok place to see a concert.. The gaming wasn't so great..Smelled like an ashtray needs ventilation work I guess.. But most casinos do.. Never stayed there because we stay at the Golden Nugget or at the Beau..
Really cool place that has a lot of things to do. Gamble, eat, go to the lounge, hang at the bar, check out the club and so on.
Never been until this weekend. Really enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Great atmosphere, beautiful inside and out, great memorabilia of rockstars... Customer service could use some work. I didn't get a chance to walk around so I'll be back soon.
