I called yesterday morning to find out pool pass rates for non hotel guests. I was told $10 and nothing further. I went straight to the front desk to purchase the bands, and was turned away. After driving to Biloxi from almost Lyman, 4 people were turned away because the pool is only for hotel guests if under 21. I was then told the Beau offered day passes. The buffet was disguting. It was cold & nats were on the fruit with the old wilted lettuce. Nats by the crab legs also. Ugggg
There is now an upcharge for crab legs and a wristband is issued for those who pay the upcharge. No longer can you get crab legs for yourself. You can chose from a plate already prepared for you. This of course limits the amount you can get, but you can go back for seconds (if you have the wristband). No longer is the free birthday buffet free. We have stayed at several of the Casino hotels in the area. Have never once been disappointed with a thing at Hard Rock. The rooms are fantastic, and was once upgraded to a top floor suite in the Platinum tower due to not enough rooms. They have never hesitated to fix any issue, and have gone above and beyond every single time. Won't stay anywhere else in Biloxi unless we have to.
