The staff were kind but the gambling sucked,machines wound so tight you can't afford to play, I am not one to feed all my bill money and take the chance so I'm sure not to gamble here again
I have met some very nice people. They are so friendly. Of course I seem to be there a few times a month, going to concerts and events. My grandkids love going to especially in the summer pool is perfect for them.
I had a beautiful time. The hotel was beautiful the housekeeper was very nice also (1217) 6/6/17..
Friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Lots of places to eat and children are able to join you which is a big plus for families. The few shops they have are reasonably priced and stocked. The memorabilia is awesome to look at and of course, a wide variety of games for the adults!
I liked the outfits the girls serving wore..� The boots were nice..And the variety of beautiful women strolling around was easy on my aging eyes..Oh yea..if your short...Forget going to the self serve drink stations...U wont reach..lol.
Had a great time!!! Enjoyed ToTo in concert, and enjoyed the band in the Casino afterwards!!!!
My girlfriends and i always have a blast.....but the bartender at Hard Rock Live could use a bit of a "loosen up" class.....i mean you are working at a tourist destination, pull the cork out your ass!!!�
Didn't stay at the hotel. Went for a concert. They were comp tickets (Just another word for you lost enough money) . There was no seating on the floor for the show. When I went to the desk and explained to the young lady that I had injured my knee and couldn't stand her reply was sorry we have no tickets to let you exchange for seats. Flipped her hair and walked away. Not helpful at all. The only reason for the three is Cafe 24/7. Really great food and very great service. Staff in the casino and the security were very polite. Our room was dusty and not worth the prime rate. The down side to staying over on a weekend is that you cannot use the pool on a Sunday afternoon unless you want to pay $10 and listen to a DJ blast music making it hard to relax or have a conversation. The beds were comfortable.
