The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely nice with modern touches. Unfortunately the ability to control the cigarette smoke in the casino and other common areas within the hotel is lacking at best. It's too bad that they don't have a better filtering system to control it. I went to the Beau instead to do my gambling.
I liked our room except I don't like the set up of the bathroom, it lacked privacy. It would have been okay for a couple, but having another person with you wasn't ideal. I, also, think the price was a little high for the room especially the Saturday charge. I know it was weekend, but I don't think the room warranted that price. We did enjoy the room service for breakfast, and that charge was reasonable. The beds were very comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there.
Great hotel, great staff...from the front desk, VIP, dealers, casino hosts, etc....Such a fun group of people including the clientele. Reasonable prices and lots of free stuff when you gamble and have a card. Always good music and concerts. Pool was so relaxing to get away from gambling. I go every year.

My Mother and I made this place a 2 day get away and we absolutely enjoyed it. Our room was nice with a great view, all employees we encountered were very nice, and the best part is that we never had to get in the car while we were there. We had plans to ride down to the beach while we were there, but the weather changed that. We are "go with the flow" type of people anyway and with that said, we absolutely loved the fact that great music was playing EVERYWHERE! So nice! Had a blast! The displays are phenomenal! We went casino hopping on our honeymoon and decided to stop here. Great choice!
I'm really irritated with the way they're running their business. For 5 days now I have been trying to put in a complaint, with no success. They won't call you back, they won't respond to a message, They just let a staff member run all over a visitor, that i brought. They haven't done nothing about it, not even give you an explanation I've always enjoyed going to the Hard Rock until this last weekend. UPDATE : They fixed the issue.
