Bus trip to Biloxi with stop at Hard Rock with a person that has an extreme walking disability. Always rent a scooter when she travels to get around a casino as the distance from the door to the floor can seem like miles. Today right now we had the unfortunate experience of being denied the $45.00 rental fee as we are not paid guests. Were offered a wheelchair with broken foot rests. Tour director talked to assistant manage to see what help we could get but was also told only paying guests. Guess this won't be a stop for us ... read more
This casino was good to eat at now it ain't worth the shit it's supposed to be a buffet not limited seafood
It's nice but didn't count on winning and don't count on getting a drink unless you want to run a waitress down!!
The food was good, the service was terrible! Our waitress probably had more tsblez thsn she could handle, cause she jept walking by ours. And it wasnt that busy!!

Haven't been to a hard rock in years and now I remember why. We visited all the casinos in Biloxi and this was by far the worst. I won't ever go back. Just my opinion.
