I was on vacation in Memphis over the weekend and left my wallet in the Rock Shop. They immediately put it in the safe and upon my phone call to find it, agreed to overnight it to me as I was back home in GA. Excellent customer service!

Thanks Zach and Everyone at HardRock Cafe for making my Leap Year Birthday meal extra special. The food was above & beyond perfection and the atmosphere there is incredible.
The food was AMAZING and so was the staff. This was my first time at a Hard Rock Cafe as we don't have one at home (Deep South Georgia) and I absolutely loved it. It's been a dream of mine to go sing at one, and the managers and our waiter (Heyy Myles!!) made it happen. Such an AMAZING place to go!
I was in Memphis over Thanksgiving with my sister. We stopped in for dinner our first nite. The staff was very welcoming. We sat at the bar and our bartender whoms name was Ron. Ron never let are glasses go empty even with having such a big crowd with a band playing and a Grizzlies game going on. I will be going back to Hard Rock the next time I am in Memphis..Thanks Ron to you and everyone else who made us feel as we were the only ones there even though there were so many..
