We had an awesome time at Hard Rock Memphis! Matt was super helpful with my indecisiveness and I ended up having a delicious meal! He rocked!

Matt our server was great! Made no fuss when we asked to change seat. The bands playing were excellent. Such great entertainment! All the stuff were lovely, and obviously the food was fantastic. I'm from Scotland, so I'll be sure to tell everyone back home how great it was.

They are unprofessional and unprepared, my coworkers and went to eat there for Civil Servant Appreciation Day. We couldn't get a table even though we showed up 30 mins after opening. The hostess put us on a waiting and said it would be a hour or an hour and a half before we get seated. Even though they have 7 tables open. So when we pointed the table opening to the hostess, then her next excuse was that the cook couldn't keep up with the orders. Very disappointed, i wont be going back!!!

Angel, I'm sorry you feel that way. Our Founders Day celebration was a much bigger hit than we expected. Historically we only offer the 71 cent burgers to police, fire & EMT's. This was the first year we opened it up to everyone. While this came at a very expensive cost to us, our hope was that the community would enjoy dining with us together. So far we've waited over an hour and seen our server twice once to take our order and then to bring our drinks still no burgers. Very disappointed

Fantastic-I was in a group of 12 people from Brazil during 2015 Elvis Week .We loved it!
I realize how hard it can be to satisfy me but 15 minute drink wait, appetizers took another 20. Now if we can get dinner here before we wait another hour. The memorabilia is cool, I feel sorry for our waitress, bartender seems to be having a really bad night. Very unimpressed. I work in a restaurant and this is sad. Never again!!

We had a group of 25 that met for our Paycation Team Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. Leia in sales, Brandy the manager, and the rest of the staff took very good care of us! Loved the food, the live band, the outside patio upstairs, the "Elvis Room" we were seated in...all in the middle of the Beale Street area...a great Memphis experience all around!
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Not crowded, but took 15 minutes to bring my drink back after I ordered.
