This was my first time in Hard Rock and it was awesome,the wait staff was amazing. The food and hurricanes was the best. We will be back

We reserved a party room for 30 people, management only provided 1 wait staff (she did well).never received ordered appetizer. After an hour and half our steak came out so cold it wouldn't melt the butter on the steak. The second steak was over cooked and tough (no steak knife provided). Manager (John) refused to speak with us the two times we tried complain. John blamed everything on his staff (not very professional ). We will never go back there, or recommend anyone to go there.

Visited today. Very disappointed. Service was awful. There were four of us, only two meals came out and with no cutlery, we waited five minutes for that to arrive. These two meals are now getting cold. One of our party finished her meal. I asked after the other two meals to be fobbed off with, "we brought those two, out so they would not get cold as one was cooked medium rare!" This makes no sense as one of the outstanding meals was a salad! They just muffed up and instead of telling us that they fobbed us off with an excuse... read more

My friend and I stopped to have our customary Hard Rock Cafe drink that we do when traveling. Paid for our drink when we were approached by the manager and given a tour of the building from the old Beale Street Prison basement to the top. Excellent tour, John was full of knowledge about the building, history of the area, and everything on the wall. Best Hard Rock visit ever.
