We used the parking provided by the Hard Rock for 2 days. Day two, we decided to actually check it out and eat there. The Memorabilia is great and the service and food is Awesome. I do wish a band was playing in the early afternoon, but you can't have everything. We Loved it.
So..My Birthday was October 15th And I Reserverd A Table For Me And My Guests..We Waited A Hour Before Anyone Even Acknowledge Us Been In The Facility..It Was Like We Didnt Exist At All.When They Did Finally Decieded To Notice Us..Basically All Of The Other Guest Had Been Served And Well Acknowledged..It Was 30 Minutes Later Before They Took Our Order..Food Was Cold When It Arrived...Servers Were Terrible And had major attitudes..That Was My First And Last Time Ever Stepping Foot In Hardrock Cafe On Beale Street In Memphis T... read more
Ladies Night out! And we had a blast..the food and drinks were good and the band Hot Stop was awesome!! Great environment..we had the best waitress, Kaley!!
Went yesterday the wife always wanted to go to one Seen loads all over the world this is the first we used Not disappointed at all Great staff and food music Beale st after for a great night

Hard Rock is awesome but unfortunately our food wasn't. The burgers were red and my salad was soggy and wilted. Wouldn't really eat here again for that much money. On the other hand the staff were good and the manager John Fort was professional, kind and helpful.

The restaurant was very clean. Ordered the barbaque ribs sauce was very tasty, but the ribs were not fresh ,tough on the ends and dry.
