Good atmosphere, great location. Attentiveness needs to improve, waitress was good, gift shop help needs some attention. No one there for awhile and a few customers left because of it.

Food is so so. Service was good and a really cool place but don't just go for the food. You will leave disappointed.

I'm really loving the Hard Rock under the new Manager! The service was excellent and the food was great! All so great portions for your buck!
The manager was extremely cordial & went out of his way to make sure our visit was great. Wait staff was great too.

Oh I had A awesome time! I was there for the Robot Love Bass EDM show which I won VIP tickets to. The atmosphere was great I loved everyone there and by the end of the night I made a handful of new friends. The staff was so friendly and helpful and very attentive. Please stay awesome

It's run like a zoo, on a busy night upstairs bar is not open, all drinks have to to brought up by use of a elevator, not nearly enough help such as waiters and bar staff....
