Never been to a hard rock, but heard they were great. Not so much, food was cold. Drinks were forgotten. Was seriously disappointed. Was planning on buying shirts and items from store but was so put off by our dinning experience that we just left after our meal.
RecommendedEat at the bar, the service 110% better!!! Jordan & Tasha are AWESOME!!! We ate in the dining area and sat at the bar for drinks. Should’ve ate at the bar. Nothing like having your food thrown on your table and the server just walking away. Ummm? Thanks????

No . The Phil. HRC had some nice employees. However the Hard Rock Corp. lost me as a customer years ago. I was disrespected as a regular customer of 25 yrs. ironically when a GM refused to play the Super bowl and made it personal. Took the issue all the way to the CEO of Rank. All I wanted was an apology. I never got one

We were served our jumbo starter, which most was freshly cooked and nice. Less than 1 minute later , our burger and fries turned up , we said we d just received our first course and were no near ready . 10 minutes later waitress appears with the same burger and fries , dried up and tasteless . We don’t like to complain , so we paid the bill and left . Service was very poor , so unlike a hard rock. ( We travel a lot and have dined in many many HRCs around the world, this was the worst .
