Over an hour wait. Half of the tables were empty. Mgmt didn't seem to care about the other hour wait for food and drinks. The history of that bldg & memorabilia were the only reason for the second star.

waited 20 min for drink then told didn't have ingredients to make drinks, another 10 min wait, still sitting here 1 hour later waiting for food. half of our party had already left

I've eaten there 3or4 times recently. The food is very good and our service has always been good. Ate there last night and our waitress was wonderful - friendly,attentive, and very nice. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her credit on here. The music was not too loud when I've been there. Love the atmosphere! And I'm 70 years old!!

Horrible service! Waiter stares without expression to take your order. He acted like he hates his job, hates being there. No courtesy at all. Have to ask for refills, ask for check. Bad experience in Memphis Hard Rock. Never experience this behavior at all other locations across the nation.

The wait was longer than expected & the band was good but too loud for an eating establishment. The food was great!

Faith, Our expectation is rockin' service and we always intend to create 5 star experiences! I'm glad to hear the that the food was great. We are entering our busy season, so occasionally there will be a wait to be seated, but we try to accommodate every guest as quickly as possible. The band must have been really rockin' last night! We do have seating on our second level that is reserved for guests who don't want to rock quite as hard as the band is. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you.
