Ordered prawn fajitas, given chicken. By the time prawns arrived , rest cold . Nearly given wrong drinks , charged for three meals instead of two .......

After being at the Atlanta Hard Rock Cafe just 2 days before, this HR didn't compare. I had the exact same meal & drink and enjoyed it a lot less in Memphis. � The salmon & mashed potatoes were luke warm while the steamed broccoli was piping hot. Had to send it back to the kitchen for a warmup. The real bummer was my lemon drop. Or should I say my $10 lemonade. The Stoli's was nonexistent. Not quite what I expected on Beale Street. �

Our first visit...super staff in the rock shop and great bartender! Would love to have stayed for the Elton John show but we were passing through on a long drive...great visit!

Service was a little slow but when we watched the server struggle with one piece of equipment after another that was not working we knew why. Food and drinks were good but management needs to be seriously looked at
Food was great. Had great atmosphere. Great spot to take out of town guests.

Always love Hard Rock in other cities. Surprised when we attended an event this past weekend at the Memphis location and after 30+ minutes of no waitress coming to our table (yes we requested to employees walking by and those standing around talking to one another, after the first 15 minutes of waiting) we decided to leave thinking over 30 minutes is too long to wait for a server to at least greet us to bring menus & water.
