The food and the service were both good, but the meal was overpriced.

Sorry, have to say that this was not that I'm used to in other Hard Rock Cafes, waited 30 minutes before we got the menu. Waited another 30 minutes before we got our first ordered beers. When we finally after a long time got the food it was very good. At this time the Restaurant was half filled and the service should have been a lot faster.

We have been all over the world and the ribs and salmon was one of the best we have tasted! The service was also great. Will come back every time we are in Memphis.

The food is always good, the atmosphere was always good. It was not very busy when we went but the waiter was excellent
Amazing food and customer service. Waitress was great.
Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff , I did not order any food ,but what I could see the food looks pretty good to. The music was a little loud but I'm okay with that, just being downtown in Memphis Tn and having a good time matters to me, plus, I love the location of this bar and grill.

I quite liked the Hard Rock Cafe.....but last Saturday night left a sour note on everyone. We were left standing in 30degree heat while they "Set up" for an hour. Even after repeatedly asking just to go sit in the kool. And once opened.....the upsatirs bar was not opne, had one waitress whom was run of her feet trying to fill orders of food and drinks. Not very pleasant for first time visitors to Hard Rock!!
