Had a great time with my sisters there last night!!! Hope yo visit again soon! Food was good and the staff as well!!!
We made a reservation through Open table a hour ahead of time. It said they had tables open at 6:45pm, 0700pm and 0730. When we arrived they had my name but said they didn't have a table for us and it would be one hour. They would not move us up in front of people without reservations. The young lady at the door nor the manager were customer service friendly. Don't count on reservations at Hard Rock Cafe in Memphis or any kind of customer service.

My friends and I were in Memphis for some fun and made reservations at the Hard Rock online at least an hour before we wanted to eat and the reservation was accepted by Hard Rock. When we arrived and let them know we were there, they said that there was no where to sit and would be another hour before we would be seated. I call B.S. if you ask me. On top of that the MANAGER walked up rudely and said this other "walk in" group was to be seated before us and still have to wait an hour. Screw them. If you read this you better m... read more

Had a great time. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Food was delicious with huge portions. Very excited to see a new vegetarian menu. Daughter is a vegetarian and she might not complain about going to the Hard Rock with its new choices. We did try the cauliflower hot wings and really enjoyed them!

Great service, food was awesome, they were very busy and it took a while for our food. Manager was nice and took a picture for us. Would definitely go back
The top level is mostly Elvis, that was the best thing! They need some gluten free items on their menu, your a big enough franchise to do this and your in every major city! People don't want allergies, food processors created us!
