First time here it was great!! We sat at the bar ordered drinks and a sandwhich. It was awesome the wait staff was friendly will definately go again!
Sitting in the back room near the door to the convention center. Every time the door opens we are blasted with cold air. I asked if we could be moved and was told no.... the room is more then half empty!! Never again. Not to mention server consistently skipped orders.
Cauliflower burger was awesome !!! Service was great !!!
Had a great visit in HRC Philly last night..Good food, drink, music, and great service... Holiday gift cards buy $50 get $20.. Makes holiday shopping fun!!!
Super cozy lounge area almost like sitting in your house..wing backed chairs, large screen TV.... greeted by a waiter who wasn’t very warm.... we asked if we could put the game on (and he replied not until 8pm, although the hostess said she would put it on immediately if we wanted) hence he was not very accommodating. He eventually took our order and did manage to smile but it seemed strained....... The menu had lots of pub-like food, entree selection only had 1 fish dish. Great food, great service, but not enough rock and roll being played inside. Drake and The Spice Girls... you can do way better than that Hard Rock.
Awful services 3 of us had one drink took 20 min to try get someone to acknowledge us to pay..then the staff wanted us to go back and wait after we were ugnored for least 19 more minutes while we stood with jackets on and money in hand..we left money and bill..and the staff told us we wrrent welcomed back cause we didnt want to wait any longer..awful services
Then venue was great and had an awesome atmosphere. Location is great too. My burger sadly was really overcooked and super charred. I ordered it medium/medium-well and it was cooked super hard. The Nachos, fries, and drinks were great though so it made up for the burger. And our waiter was awesome. Great wait staff.
Worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. Never had to wait 20 minutes to settle a tab before. Then on the way out the door the host Hollars don’t come back again. This was the location @ 12th and Market.
